I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure my check-in and check-out times worked with my travel plans. The owner, Kris, was especially friendly and offered great recommendations for local sites and restaurants. The hotel itself was well-kept and clean, with comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the complimentary water and the cool temperature in the rooms. It truly felt like a home away from home.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Room for improvement
The hotel offers complementary breakfast and airport shuttle which I appreciated. The location was convenient for accessing public transport and nearby attractions. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom had a bad odor and the bed linens looked like they had not been changed from the previous guest. This ruined what could have been a good experience.

The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are kept clean and tidy. The staffs offer great service, and the breakfast is quite impressive. the hostel has plenty of amenities, such as a pool and a gym, which are handy for leisure.
There's one downside that cannot be ignored. The drinking culture here is terrible.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me in many ways. the value for money is unbeatable. Compared to other hostels in the area, the prices here are very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. From the comfortable beds to the fluffy white towels, they have definitely put thought into guest comfort. Lastly, the location is fantastic. Situated in a bustling downtown area, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. The nearby train station makes exploring the city a breeze. The hotel's basic amenities, such as the well-maintained bathrooms and the fast wifi, are definitely a plus.
All was just fine.
